Handcrafted from the finest natural and organic materials, each meditation eye pillow is lovingly created in my one-woman studio on the Sunshine Coast — a ritual of care, gently brought to life by hand.
All things carry a frequency and these eye pillows are created with that awareness. As a channeller of Source Love Energy, I infuse each one through sacred ritual. Their presence invites stillness and mindful reflection. As you attune to their vibration, it’s an invitation to open doorways into realms of deeper discovery.

European Flax® Linen
Premium European Flax® linen — Oeko- Tex® Standard 100 — SA8000 Standard and grown sustainably without irrigation, GMOs or harmful chemicals. A low-waste, vegan fibre, crafted with care for both the environment and ethical labour practices.
Organic Cotton Thread
Every stitch is crafted with 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton dyed to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, a non-toxic, earth-friendly choice, spun in the Netherlands.
Organic Lavender Flowers
Each pillow holds certified organic Tasmanian lavender, grown pesticide-free, radiating a pure, high-vibrational aroma that nurtures body, mind and spirit.
Chemical-free Flaxseed
The Australian flax seeds are grown in Victoria’s rich volcanic soils, cultivated using chemical-free farming practices. Gentle on your body and kind to the planet.
Removable Cover
Designed to maintain freshness, the cover is removable and easy to wash. Inside, the pillow is made from the same European Flax® linen — no compromises, no shortcuts, just conscious materials.

For regular care of the eye pillow cover, hand wash it gently or use a delicate machine cycle with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry in the shade, out of direct sunlight.
Care
Use your eye pillow at room temperature, for a naturally soothing experience. For extra nurturing, place a heat pack on your neck or lower back.
Recommended Use
Faulty or Damaged Items: I will happily provide a replacement or refund for eye pillows that arrive faulty or damaged.
Change of Mind: For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. Thank-you kindly for your understanding.

Your Daily Pause
Your meditation eye pillow is a gentle companion for nourishing moments throughout your day. These simple daily rituals are a way to connect with your pillow’s essence and allow its energy to gently support your body, mind and spirit.
Simple Meditation Ritual
Find a quiet, private space, lie comfortably and place your pillow over your eyes.
Mantra: “With each breath, I am grounded and present.”
Follow your breath for 10-15 minutes, allowing the gentle weight on your eyes and soothing lavender aroma to anchor you in the present moment. If your mind feels busy, try counting each inhale and exhale to help settle your focus.
Bedtime Ritual
Lie in bed and rest the pillow over your eyes.
Mantra: “I release the day, I release all energy that is not mine and I welcome peaceful rest.”
Follow your breath — slowly counting in for 3 and out for 5, allowing your body and mind to relax as you transition into sleep. If you find it difficult to settle, try listening to soft, calming music to help ease your mind and deepen your sense of relaxation.
Midday Mindful Pause
Find a quiet moment and place the pillow over your eyes for 3–5 minutes. If a private space isn’t available, hold the pillow in your hands and close your eyes, setting the intention to release mental chatter and return to presence.
Mantra: “I return to presence, here and now.”
Breathe slowly and deeply. Even a short pause can reset your energy and restore clarity. The more you practice this ritual, the easier it becomes to slip into calm presence during your busy day. When you’re calm, you are more open to receiving positive experiences and opportunities.
