Product Details

Use your eye pillow at room temperature, for a naturally soothing experience. For extra nurturing, place a warm heat pack under your neck or lower back.

Recommended Use

For regular care of the eye pillow cover, hand wash it gently or use a delicate machine cycle with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry in the shade, out of direct sunlight.

Care

Each pillow is packaged in an unmarked, white gift box with a clear window — designed to be reused or repurposed. For orders of 10 or more, pillows are packaged together for shipping, but individual gift boxes can be provided upon request.

Packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items: I will happily provide a replacement or refund for eye pillows that arrive faulty or damaged.

Change of Mind: For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. Thanks for your understanding.

Simple Rest Ritual

Find a quiet, private space, lie comfortably and place your pillow over your eyes.


Mantra: “With each breath, I am grounded and present.”

Follow your breath for 10-15 minutes, allowing the gentle weight on your eyes and soothing lavender aroma to anchor you in the present moment. If your mind feels busy, try counting each inhale and exhale to help settle your focus.

Bedtime Ritual

Lie in bed and rest the pillow over your eyes.


Mantra: “I release the day, I release all energy that is not mine and I welcome peaceful rest.”


Follow your breath — slowly counting in for 3 and out for 5, allowing your body and mind to relax as you transition into sleep. If you find it difficult to settle, try listening to soft, calming music to help ease your mind and deepen your sense of relaxation.

Midday Mindful Pause

Find a quiet moment and place the pillow over your eyes for 3–5 minutes. If a private space isn’t available, hold the pillow in your hands and close your eyes, setting the intention to release mental chatter and return to presence.

Mantra: “I return to presence, here and now.”

Breathe slowly and deeply. Even a short pause can reset your energy and restore clarity. The more you practice this ritual, the easier it becomes to slip into calm presence during your busy day. When you’re calm, you are more open to receiving positive experiences.
